Residents of Borei Kiela gathered in front of fist court
           
On Thursday morning August, people gathered in front of the First Instance Court of Phnom Penh, to push the court to resolve their complaint. A round sixty residents of Borei keila and Boeung kak were singing the song that means to show struggle and their problem. People were carrying flowers showing peace and solidarity. They want the court to be independent and seek fair for them. Their children were crying over because they fell hurt that the phanimex does not respect agreement for construction two buildings. For eight months ago, after their homes were demolishing, Phanimex Developer Company have still not constructed two buildings for remanding people who have lived near dumping ground.
            There are two kind of complaint that residents complain Phanimex. First complaint is civil offence and second is criminal offence. Around 10:10 Am five representatives were allowed to go inside first instance court to meet judge. Kim Horn, representative of Borei keila said that judge agreed to accept our suggestion and he said he will resolve our problem soon but he said he did not want resident to come here altogether because it was disturb public order.
