Our revered monks practice Buddhism and have a voice and role in defending human rights and freedom. We do not know who are they from and why they beating the monk as the monk is the region for all the Cambodian people respect and follow. But this video, some guys who beating the monks, i guess they may be the Khmer rough solder former.
