Dear partners and colleagues,

 Attached is a statement on the citation our Senior Investigator Chan Soveth has just received. We are very concerned this could be a means of intimidating Human Rights Defenders carrying out legitimate activities, and we call on all partners and the media to gather in front of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on 24 August in support of Chan Soveth and Cambodian Human Rights Defenders.
