ADHOC and CCHR Joint Statement on the disruption of a meeting and intimidation of human rights workers

You will find attached to this email a joint statement by the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC) and the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) on the disruption of a meeting by local authorities this morning in Rattanakiri province. This is yet another instance of intimidation of those who participate in human rights activities – either as attendees or trainers.
