NGOs and Civil Society

The accreditation process opens on 13 January 2012. In view of the 20 April 2012 deadline for online registration, application for accreditation should reach ADB by 23 March 2012. CSOs intending to attend the ADB Annual Meeting should complete the online application form as soon as possible and accompanied by the following as attachments:

• Proof of legal status and official registration with the government of the ADB member in which the CSO is based,
• Supporting papers such as latest annual report, organizational profile, or financial report

The NGOC will respond only to applicants who provide complete information. Although there is no participation fee to attend the Annual Meeting, please note that participants pay for travel and accommodation expenses.
